If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

Automated Data Processing

Our search functionality utilizes AI APIs to analyze public data. No personally identifiable information (PII) from our users is shared with any AI provider. Queries are processed to generate housing results only.

SMS/Text Messaging

When you opt in to SMS alerts, you consent to receive automated text messages from Section 8 Waitlist regarding waitlist openings, housing updates, and related information. Message frequency varies but will not exceed 4 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect your email subscription or access to the site.
