The waiting list is currently closed and there is no known date for when it will open again. Pre-applications were accepted in May and June 2024 for a lottery selection. Confirmation numbers will be posted in August 2024. Preferences are given to Idaho residents, the elderly, disabled, families with minor children, and participants exiting transitional housing.
The waiting list for Shoreline Plaza (Section 8 New Construction), a project-based voucher program, is currently closed.

HCV Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8)
