The Housing Authority of Cook County (HACC) closed the waitlist for Evanston Senior Redevelopment (ESR) located at 1900 Sherman Ave & 2300 Noyes Ct, Evanston, IL. Pre-applications are no longer accepted.
The two-bedroom Project-Based Voucher (PBV) units at the YWCA of Evanston for survivors of domestic violence are closed. These units are administered by the Housing Authority of Cook County (HACC).

Gather Required Documents
