The waiting list is open until further notice for senior/disabled households and rental family homes; the BHA does not offer a Public Housing program for families. Pre-applications must be picked up and hand-delivered to the BHA office at 1200 W Pine St, Benton, AR 72015, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Declining two invitations to apply will purge the application from the waitlist.
