Applications are placed on the waiting list by date and time received, with no stated preferences. Applicants can download and print an application online, pick one up at any Universal Housing Development Corporation (UHDC) office, mail it to UHDC at PO Box 846, Russellville, AR 72811, drop it off at the Yell County office at 507 North 4th Street, Suite E, Dardanelle, AR 72834 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm CT), drop it off at the UHDC main office at 301 East 3rd Street, Russellville, AR 72801 (Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CT), or email it to reception@uhdc.net.
