The Centre Meadows Apartments (Project-Based Housing Choice Voucher) waitlist for two and three-bedroom units last accepted applications from September 1, 2025, through September 30, 2025. Centre Meadows is a Self-Sufficiency site requiring the head-of-household or spouse/co-head-of-household to work at least 20 hours per week; full-time students may also be eligible if certain requirements are met.
The Lexington Housing Authority will discontinue lease-up incentive payments to landlords for all MTW programs, including Mainstream, beginning July 1, 2026. This does not apply to programs funded through the LFUCG grant for homelessness services, VASH, FYI/FUP, or similar programs.
The RAD waitlist closed on July 16, 2026.
